Nekoka In Motion and At Rest

Nekoka had a sudden burst of energy this morning and attacked the Ess scratcher.  Unfortunately I was slow grabbing the camera and that dern auto-focus thingie won’t let me take pictures fast enough.  Would have been more fun as a video but I don’t think that fast at 8:30 on a Sunday morning.

Only three of the ones I did get were in focus. He was a blur in most of them.

Sassafrass keeps her eye on him from far enough away that she won’t be a target. And for the sharp-eyed amongst us, yes, that is the Infamous Orange Worm to the right.

After he sufficiently exhausted himself, Nekoka konks out on, of course, my jeans warm from the dryer.

It’s a rough life, that of a house-cat.

My camera has a mode where it will take more than one snap per auto focus.

I haven’t used it yet, though.
